Vendor Guidelines
- TICKETS: Each exhibitor will receive TWO ticket to the event. Tickets for additional booth attendants must be purchased at the regular event price of $110.00
- REGISTRATION / SET-UP / BREAKDOWN: Registration opens at 9:30 am. Set-up must be complete by 9:15 am. All exhibits must remain intact until the event closes. Teardown and removal will begin at 2:30 p.m.
- TABLE FEATURES: Each exhibitor will be furnished with one 6’ draped table, with chairs available upon request.
- CRATES/BOX STORAGE: Packing boxes should be stored under your draped table. A limited amount of storage space will be available for larger crates, etc.
- SOLICITING/SAMPLES/PRIZES: Exhibitors are encouraged to provide attendees with a special offer or coupon, though not required. Samples, literature, and other materials may be distributed by exhibitors within their own table space. Door Prizes may also be contributed to the event and will be awarded at the end of the event. No soliciting is permitted in other exhibitors’ table.
